Flexibility in Shipping
Orders placed by 1pm CST will generally be processed for shipment the SAME BUSINESS DAY.

Orders placed after 1pm CST, on the weekend or a recognized public holiday will generally be processed for shipment the NEXT BUSINESS DAY.

Once your order(s) has shipped, a confirmation email will be sent with your corresponding tracking number. ** WE DO NOT SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS THAN THE BILLING ADDRESS**

North Texas Customers:

You have the option of same day or next day PICK UP.
Orders placed by 3pm CST can be picked up at 8500 N. Stemmons Freeway, Suite 2030 Dallas, TX 75247 by 6:00 pm at no additional charge.

**For a limited time, free ground shipping comes with all orders over $150. Delivery times are normally 3 to 5 business days. This does not include Saturday delivery.

**Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico requires additional charges**

We currently offer International Shipping to Canada, United Kingdom, Austrailia and New Zealand. International rates are calculated prior to checkout and are based on size and weight of the product you are purchasing. Any applicable duties should be paid to the delivery courier directly.


EXCHANGES / RETURNS

 
Our goal is to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your wireless experience, but in the case that you are not due to an unexpected circumstance such as a defective product, we have support options for your hassle free merchandise exchange or return.

*Gift cards, phone cards or downloadable applications cannot be returned*

There is a mandatory minimum 20% re-stocking fee for all returned material. Shipping and handling is not refundable.

To exchange or return a product you must contact Beigephone within 7 days from the date of receipt of your handset. You can either call 1-800-485-1505 or go to support.beigephone.com and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Exchanges and returns will be given for defective material ONLY. Items that are not defective or have become defective because of customer misuse will not be exchanged/returned.

You must send the original product back in mint condition, at your cost, with all original packaging and literature. Your exchange/return order is normally processed within 7 days of receipt of the handset. You will be sent out a new email confirmation once your exchange phone has been shipped. You must not have exceeded 60 minutes of talk time on the phone to qualify for an exchange or return.  Items returned to us with physical or liquid damage or not in the original box will not be exchanged or refunded. 


WARRANTY

 All new phones have a 1 Year Manufacturers warranty.


We offer a 30 day limited use warranty for all refurbished or used products purchased from beigephone.com, effective from the date of delivery. An extended warrant can be purchased through squaretrade.com. Items with any physical or liquid damage or not in the original box will not be covered under the warranty.
